Naturopath doctor rescan #2

Camden has his second full body NES scan with the naturopath doctor.   There was both good and bad news.

Bad news first.  His immunity is still awful.  The doctor suspects it’s going to take a couple of months until we notice a difference in this because it is so bad and so many areas of his immunity are being addressed.  The bone density marker also comes up, which is like bone marrow.  We’re going to keep an eye on that.  He suspects that once the immunity markers improve, then the bone one will also improve.  If not, then he’ll specifically address that.  The pancreas had also not changed, which explains why he’s still suffering from reflux symptoms.  The doctor was positive that during this second month we’d notice a change in that.  We’ll see.

Now the good news.  His spleen had improved.  There was only one area of concern still in his spleen.  This was my only encouraging news while I was there!

He will be rechecked, or rescanned, in six weeks.  We should note improvement then.

The rashes seem to be improving though.  He is fighting something now (lymph nodes are swollen) and it’s aggravated the reflux which has meant sleepless nights.  After two years,  I’m finally resorting to bringing him in bed with mom and dad.  Dad is going to lose sleep now if I’m going to! :)

I still lay awake  holding him thinking how crazy it is that he’s two and we’re still up as much as a newborn is some nights.  Who would have thought?!?!?
