Introducing….
Isabella and Ferdinand!
We are just in love with these ducks. They are so darn cute. Every single one of the boys loves to help take care of them, whether it’s feeding, watering, filling up the pool, letting them outside, cleaning their coop or collecting the egg. Yes, we are getting one egg a day from our Isabella. We’ve had them for almost two weeks now.
It’s so funny to watch them swim around and go under the water.
Yesterday they were introduced to some new little (temporary) friends:
OUR LONG AWAITED BABY CHICKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This little boy constantly wants to go in and hold the baby chicks. We keep reminding him not to get too attached to them. Today he said to Josh, “Dad, don’t worry. I won’t even like them once they get big.” :)
Oh, and Josh went bow hunting tonight and got a deer. So, hallelujah, we’re filling our freezer!!!!
