Colds in the summer?

This isn't supposed to happen! Colds, sore throats, coughs are for the winter! Or so I thought. All three of my boys now have colds. Eli started last week, Isaac a couple days ago and Logan this morning. It's only a matter of time before I get sick and Josh too. Josh is a big baby when he's sick. I'm not so bad, but being pregnant there's nothing to take to relieve my symptoms so it's just awful. Hopefully none of these colds turn into something worse.

On a side note....we were enjoying a nice summer evening outside last night. I finally convinced Logan to come outside and ride his bike, that the cow was really nice and not going to "get" him. Actually, in all honesty, it was more like dragging him outside. He eventually came around and was playing. I was taking some much needed relaxation (sitting time) in the chair. Josh was mowing the grass. Isaac and Eli were riding their bikes all around. Very enjoyable. Well, Josh goes down to mow the grass in the driveway and by the road. Isaac and Eli ask to go with and I say yes. Before long I hear screaming. Isaac is first running around holding his stomach (kind of bent over), I see Josh jump off the tractor and run to him. Then Isaac is down on the ground and Josh is inspecting him. Yep, you guessed it, the first wipe out of the summer! Apparently, Eli lost control of his bike coming around the corner and tried to stop. Isaac ran into him with his bike. Crash! He flew into the handlebars and the handlebars rammed into his stomach and chest. He has a nice bruise and scrape up on his belly. Luckily though, that's it.
His bike is called "The Wipe Out: Totally Out of Control." Isaac did just that! :)
